With decades of experience in professional lawn care and horticulture, Martin founded LawnsOne with a passion for doing things properly and helping others do the same. Martin was a founding member of the UK Lawn Care Association (formerly the Network), Chairing the association in 2019/20. He has since become a notable figure in the Independent Lawn Care industry.

Today, Martin leads the team with the same energy and dedication that built the company’s reputation. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, football, and cooking. He is rumoured to hold a Guinness World Record for owning the UK’s largest audiobook collection.

Heather

Office Manager & Director

Heather ensures everything at LawnsOne runs smoothly, drawing on her strong administrative and operational expertise from her previous career in the NHS. Alongside her role at LawnsOne, she holds a voluntary position within the community and is the driving force behind the company’s charity initiatives, helping to embed a spirit of giving throughout the business.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys art and design, reading, pottery, and keeping fit, as well as spending quality time at home with Martin, their family, and two dogs.

James

Sales Manager

James joined LawnsOne in 2018 as a trainee technician and quickly rose to Senior Technician after earning his industry qualifications. As the eldest son of Martin and Heather, he’s been part of the LawnsOne family from the beginning and brings that same pride and dedication to every job. Known for his attention to detail and excellent customer service, James is highly praised by clients.

Outside of work, he enjoys football, fishing, golf, and keeping fit at the gym.

Julie

Business Operations Assistant

Julie brings strong administrative and organisational skills to LawnsOne, drawing on her experience in fast-paced office environments. She plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting both the team and our customers with care and precision.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and taking trips to the theatre.

Harry

Since joining LawnsOne in 2021, Harry has quickly embraced the company’s hands-on approach to professional lawn care. As a Lawn Care Technician, he’s known for his enthusiasm and growing expertise, always keen to deliver great results for every customer.

Outside of work, Harry enjoys fishing and golf. As an avid animal lover, shares his home with five dogs, five cats, and a tank full of fish.

Kai

Kai joined LawnsOne in 2024 and has quickly become a valued member of the team. As a Lawn Care Technician, he brings enthusiasm and focus to every job, always keen to learn and deliver great results for our customers.

Away from work, Kai enjoys staying active — playing American football for EKM, running, exploring the woods with his dog, and getting out on the pitch for a game of football.

A proud Arsenal supporter, he enjoys following the Premier League, and in his spare time can often be found gaming, where his competitive spirit and strategic mindset truly shine.
