  • Do you guarantee your service?

    We are so confident in our service that we offer a personal guarantee. We know, our 7 treatment, 5 visit programme works, add renovation and those lawns will look the best. If you are not completely satisfied just let us know and we’ll make it right. If you have had a complete programme and followed our advice and are not completely satisfied with the results just let us know.

  • Are you qualified to apply chemicals?

    All our technicians hold PA1 and PA6 licences which allow them to handle, transport and apply chemicals to your lawns and hard surfaces.

  • Can I buy your services online?

    Yes. We can activate your account and you can pay once your service has been completed with the touch of a button. (Autopay sign up required)

Lawn Health and Maintenance

  • How often should I schedule lawn care services?

    Treatments should be applied approximately every 10 weeks, Mowing should be completed weekly and watering as required.

  • Do you offer organic or eco-friendly options?

    We do not use coated products of any description as these include micro plastics. All our fertilisers have an organic base. Beware of people advertising completely organic programmes, they do exist but are very expensive and need many more visits per annum.

  • How will you handle weather conditions?

    Rain will stop some but not all products being sprayed. High wind will stop all spraying. Fertilisers can be applied in any weather.

Communication and Satisfaction

  • How will I know the work is done?

    At every visit, your technician takes photos and sends a detailed after-service email. This includes what was completed and any observations or recommendations to keep your lawn in top condition.

    We offer our personal guarantee to anyone who takes out the complete 7 Treatment, 5 Visit programme.
