Frequently Asked Questions
-
How long until I see results?
Most lawns show visible improvement within a few weeks as new seed begins to establish, creating thicker, greener growth. Results can vary depending on weather conditions, but with proper care, your lawn will continue to strengthen and thrive.
-
Is this better than returfing?
For lawns with minor to moderate wear, our Repair & Rejuvenate package will restore health and thickness without returfing. Severely damaged lawns may still need returfing for best results.
-
How often should this work be carried out?
We recommend doing it annually for the best results, though some lawns manage every two years.
-
What do I need to do after the work has been completed?
Water new areas as needed, avoid mowing for 14–21 days, and mow gently on a high setting until the grass is established. Our technicians will provide full care guidance following the work.
-
How much does it cost?
Prices start from £300+VAT
-
Do you complete one off renovation?
Yes we offer one off renovation packages but to get the best from your lawn we recommend combining it with our 7 treatment, 5 Visit lawn plan.
-
When is the best time to renovate my lawn?
Early autumn (late August to October) is ideal. The soil is still warm and the autumn rain is imminent which aids and minimises recovery time. The cooler temperatures also reduce stress on new grass.
We also guarantee renovation work at this time of year because of the favourable conditions. We will return in spring and any areas that are need a little help can be dealt with.
-
How long will it take to see results?
Germination typically takes 7–21 days depending on the seed type and conditions. Full establishment is usually seen in 4-6 weeks with sufficient rainfall.
