Lawn Care Technician
£27-£31k salary with OTE of £33.5k with overtime and bonus. Vehicle and fuel provided.
As a LawnsOne Technician, you will manage a dedicated customer route, visiting 10–25 properties daily to apply professional treatments and perform renovations (scarifying, aeration, seeding).
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Care: Use professional machinery to apply fertilizers and treatments while providing specialist advice to your clients.
- Relationship Building: Act as the face of the company, building trust through 7–8 annual visits per customer and identifying new service opportunities.
- Autonomy: Manage your own daily schedule with the support of our HQ team.
Training & Benefits

- Team Support: Visit the depot 1–2 times weekly for supplies, equipment checks, and team meetings.
