Gift certificates can be redeemed either online or via the phone. We have provided a full set of instructions for recipients here which will be shared with them in their confirmation email upon receipt of their gift certificate.
No problem. Our past gift certificate recipients have been very grateful to receive a contribution toward their lawn care. Simply, they are welcome to pay the difference or we will identify a service which best suits their needs and budget.
You can select a date on which you’d like the recipient to be emailed their gift certificate and redemption code. Equally, you can select ‘Now’ and they will be emailed the gift certificate immediately after you have completed your order. It’s important we are able to send them an email in order to share their unique redemption code.

Our famous 7 treatment, 5 visit programme starts at around £200 per year and is on average nearer £350. Regardless, your recipient will enjoy a free consultation visit to establish exactly what they require; we’ll never recommend treatments they don’t need and you’ll find our many customer reviews as testament to our approach and service.

Yes, within 30 days of purchase if you change your mind (and the recipient hasn’t yet redeemed their gift certificate) you can let us know via email to enquiries@lawnsone.co.uk or by phone on 0800 848 8055 and we’ll refund you the full amount.

This is to make sure we can both reach the recipient’s property and transport our equipment to their garden(s). You can check which areas we service by entering the recipient’s postcode here. If you see a message that says ‘Great, we service your area’ then you’ll know we’ll be able to service their lawn.
