Ever since we started, we wanted to do the right things, really, really well. The seeds we’ve sown now leave us in the enviable position of having a 97% customer satisfaction rating and more 5* reviews than any other independent specialist in the south east.
We’re super proud.
But we don’t stop.
We genuinely get our kicks from delivering lawns that turn heads and we're so confident in our decades of combined expertise, that we guarantee it.
With decades of experience in professional lawn care and horticulture, Martin was a founding member of the UK Lawncare Association and, together with his peers at the time, became a notable figurehead for the industry.
Since launching LawnsOne longer ago than he’d care to mention, he has brought his passion and dedication for his industry right to his customer’s garden gates, and also to the team of exceptionally talented technicians he leads.
While he is not working, Martin is a busy family man, enjoying cycling, football and cooking. And whilst unverified, it’s been claimed Martin holds a Guinness World Record for owning the largest volume of audiobooks in the UK.
Since starting his career at one of the South East’s leading Golf Courses, and earning his Level 2 Sports Turf Management award, Tom has been exceeding customer expectations at LawnsOne, since day one. And don’t take our word for it, you can see what our clients have to say about Tom here.
Tom is just as active outside work as in, attending the gym, playing regularly for his local football team and trying his best to stay on the fairway at the golf club.
James joined the team as a trainee technician early in 2018 and, after learning from his team and obtaining his industry qualifications, was promoted into his full Technician role.
As eldest son of Heather and Martin, Jame’s has grown up as part of the LawnCare family. His attention to customer service and excellent outcomes shines through in the praise he receives from his clients.
Outside of work, when he’s not on the football pitch, you’ll find James in the Gym or with his headphones, or both.
Heather brings her immaculate administrative and operational skills to LawnsOne from a previous life in the NHS and has been guaranteeing the smooth running of the company since inception.
Heather works hard to thread charity work and fundraising through the business manifesting itself in our strong links to the community. When she is not in the office, Heather is busy being a wife to Martin and mum to three lovely humans and a dog. She likes art and design, reading and keeping fit.
